Telluride Whole Health is designed to meet the majority of your health care needs. As a Direct Primary Care practice, we only accept a few hundred patients. Traditional family medicine physicians often have over 2,000 patients on their panel. We have fewer patients so we can provide more personalized care with extended office visits to each and every patient.
Members have access to the following:
- Comprehensive and personalized care
- We offer high-quality care to children, adults, and geriatric patients. This includes chronic disease management, mental health, sports medicine, nutrition counseling, and annual physicals.
- Convenience
- We offer the option of home visits, phone visits, and video visits. You also have the option to text and email your provider using HIPAA compliant software. You have 24/7 access to a provider
- Office and telehealth visits with no fees.
- Need a visit? We try to get you in within 48 hours at no extra charge. We offer unlimited visits with no copay.
- Extended visits
- We offer personalized visits to your provider. Appointments are typically between 30-60 minutes. You can schedule the time you need online through the portal.
- Minor procedures
- For example, incision and drainage, cryotherapy, and skin biopsies are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what the cost is before proceeding. There are some procedures that may require an additional discounted fee.
- Coordination with specialists
- If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with that specialist.
- Greatly discounted medications
- We dispense medications in-clinic so you can get medications at discounted prices. If you take chronic medications, the savings on medication might be greater than your entire membership fee.
- Greatly discounted labs
- We have negotiated great deals with national labs to get your tests done as inexpensively as possible.
- Greatly discounted supplements
- With Fullscript, you can have access to discounted supplements delivered to your door. We also have a limited supply of greatly discounted supplements in the clinic.
- Transparency
- We offer price transparency with no hidden fees.
